MC Shan & Marley Marl released The Bridge to talk about hip hop where they were from. KRS-One & Scott La Rock took that as the erroneous claim that hip hop was founded in Queensbridge, they had to represent from the real home of hip hop: South Bronx. This provoked two more responses.
